AGHS Shows and Events
The decision to purchase or breed your new Gypsy Horse is only the first step in a long and satisfying equine partnership. The diversity and trainability of these wonderful animals makes them a pleasure to take out and experience a wide range of equestrian disciplines. There is literally nothing a Gypsy Horse can’t do!
The AGHS is committed to providing opportunities to Gypsy Horse owners and as such, we sponsor a wide range of events across Australasia. Whether you like to showcase your horse in the show ring, step out in harness, or challenge your training abilities in dressage or over obstacles, the AGHS is here to support you.
As you browse show programs, you will see that many already include Gypsy Horse classes as part of our sponsorship initiatives; if you find that an event is missing dedicated classes however, the AGHS is happy to contact the society on your behalf. Providing that there is adequate interest from members, we can arrange to sponsor Gypsy Cob, Drum Horse or Derivative classes. Please contact AGHS to discuss this further.
