AGHS Foundation Drum Horse Stallions The stallions on this page may either be imported or 'home bred', are fully registered with the AGHS, and include both Drum Horses and pure bred Gypsy Cob Stallions approved for the purpose of breeding Drum Horses. Drum Horse Colts must pass all Drum Horse registration criteria and are required to undergo a vet check and an official height measurement, as stated in the Stud Book, before being approved as fully registered AGHS Drum Horse Sires. (All stallions/colts are listed in Alphabetical Order) Important Note For Drum Horse Breeders: Please be sure to select stallions that have been AGHS approved for breeding Drum Horses and adhear to the Drum Horse Breed Standard & Registration Process in order for any Drum Horse progeny to be eligible for full AGHS Drum Horse registration. The Progeny of stallions (Gypsy or Drum) that have NOT been fully approved for the purpose of breeding Drum Horses are NOT eligible for registration as Drum Horses, this includes all AGHS RECORDED Drum Horse Colts, untill the time they have passed the above mentioned registration criteria.
